Ingredienti
100 g di cioccolato fondente
30 g di burro
4 cucchiai di acqua
2 cucchiai di succo d’arancia
1/2 stecca di cannella
Mettere tutti gli ingredienti in una casseruola e metterla sul fuoco a fiamma bassa; mescolare fino a quando il cioccolato si sarà sciolto e tutti gli ingredienti amalgamati. Lasciar raffreddare fino ad ottenere la consistenza desiderata.
