Noi abbiamo scelto una delle edizioni limitate di quest’anno, il nostro Panettone Pere e Cioccolato al latte e lo abbiamo arricchito con gelato al pistacchio di Bronte ed un cuore di crema gianduia.

Basta utilizzare uno stampo adatto al freezer a forma di semisfera, vanno bene anche le coppette di plastica trasparente, e rivestirlo con strisce di panettone leggermente inumudito con la bagna che si preferisce (caffè, sciroppo di zucchero e liquore, latte, etc.); mettere nel centro un cucchiaino abbondante di crema gianduia, riempire tutto con gelato (nel nostro caso al Pistacchio di Bronte) e chiudere con uno stato di panettone sempre spennellato con la bagna. Lasciar riposare il Panzuccotto qualche ora in freezer e tenere a temperatura ambiente una ventina di minuti prima di consumarlo. Capovolgere la coppetta su un piatto da portata e decorare a piacere, noi lo abbiamo fatto semplicemente con una spolverata di cacao amaro. E… buon Natale creativo e goloso!
