Ord. n. 196, art. 13, 2003 (Code for protection of personal data), the treatment of data provided by customers when registering at this website is aimed at registering the user. In the event the data are not provided, the registration will not be successful.

-personal data of holder, responsible subjects and representative in charge in accordance with article 5, paragraph 2;
-subjects or groups of subjects the personal data may be disclosed to or who may learn about them in their capacity as representative in charge in the State territory, responsible subjects or subjects in charge.
The Customer shall also be entitled to obtain:
-updated, rectified or, where interested in them, integrated data;
- cancellation, conversion to the anonymous form or block of data treated in breach of the law, including those not needing to be kept within the purposes for which the data were collected and than treated;
-the document certifying that the operations listed in points a) and b), as well as their respective contents, were revealed to those acquainted with the data, unless such fulfilment is not possible or involves a clearly excessive employment of means compared to the right defended.
The Customer shall further be entitled to oppose, in full or in part:
- treatment - though relevant to the purpose of the collection - of his/her personal data, for legitimate reasons;
- treatment of his/her personal data aimed at forwarding advertising materials or direct sales or performing market researches or commercial noticing.
