Our panettoni arise just from sourdough, fresh butter, selected candy craft. They are the result of 72 hours of sourdough, a “slow” time that gives unforgettable flavors and textures.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, candied black cherries 18,5% (ingredients: black cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), BUTTER, EGG yolk, sugar, natural sourdough, dark chocolate 9,3% (ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin), water, salt, natural vanilla flavour.
