Our craft Colomba comes only from yeast, just as fresh butter, just from selected artisan candies and over 40 hours of sourdough … When the wait gives softness and unexpected scents.

Ingredients: wheat flour, candied orange zest (orange zest, glucose syrup, sugar), butteregg yolks , sugar, sourdough, water, salt, vanilla bourbon powder. Almond Icing: almonds, sugar, egg white, cornstarch, Bourbon vanilla powder.

*Produced in a bakery in which also hazelnuts and whole eggs are used.
