Our panettoni arise just from sourdough, fresh butter, selected candy craft. They are the result of 72 hours of sourdough, a “slow” time that gives unforgettable flavors and textures.

Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, candied orange zest (orange zest, glucose syrup, sugar), sultana, egg yolks , sugar, sourdough, candied citron (citron zest, glucose syrup, sugar), water, salt, vanilla bourbon powder. Almond Icing: almonds, sugar, egg white, cornstarch, Bourbon vanilla powder.
